We've expanded a few preliminary steps below to prepare you for your opportunity. We would love to work with you!
1. The cost to you as a buyer is FREE. Just complete and fax our Buyer Brokerage Agreement
2. Use the links on the eResources page to check your own credit score. Don't let a lender surprise you or rack up inquiries. How do you compare? Is it over 600? If your score is below 600, pause, and contact us for next steps.
3. Search the FMLS listing database (see eResources page for other siites) for homes that match your criteria.
4. Trust your instincts! It usually helps to view properties at least twice: Once alone, and once with your agent.. Preview properties by driving past them and eliminate any ones that do not meet your criteria. If you are visiting new home neighborhoods, please be sure to tell them you are working with Tiffany Tesfamichael as your AGENT and to register both of our names in their registration book.
5. Call or email Tiffany at 1(888) 749 7296 to arrange a showing for any properties you are interested in viewing. Tiffany will schedule a showing date & time and meet you at the properties you are interested in viewing.

We offer property management services both for standard, unfurnished
rentals, as well as guest placement and property management
services for corporate housing clients. Corporate homes are
typically furnished, quality homes with guest amenities such
as linens, fully equipped kitchens, and high-speed internet
service. If you currently own a property, and would like to
convert it to a corporate rental, we can help. Corporate guests
